Common Questions
Yes. The Android app is completely free to download and install directly from this page — no Google Play account needed. Talent accounts are free. Businesses start with a credit bundle and can subscribe for ongoing access.
staffdIN is in early access. Installing via APK lets you get the app immediately without waiting for app store review cycles. Your Android device may ask you to “Allow installs from this source” once — this is normal and safe.
Not yet. An iOS version is in development and will be available on the App Store in due course. For now, staffdIN runs on Android phones and tablets.
After each completed booking, the business rates the worker. Your Reliability Score is a percentage of shifts completed on time and rated positively. Scores are hidden until you have 5 or more bookings, giving new talent a fair start.
Waiters, bartenders, event staff, kitchen assistants, baristas, hosts/hostesses, and general F&B workers. If your business or skill set is in the hospitality and events space in South Africa, staffdIN is built for you.
Businesses purchase credits to post shifts and book talent. Monthly subscription plans are also available for restaurants, venues, and agencies that hire regularly. Full pricing is visible inside the app after sign-up.
